Platform documentation
A practical introduction to tenant lifecycle and governed AI-agent access. Platform onboarding is currently assisted by our team.
1. Arrange access and deployment
Request Platform access with your organization and deployment requirements. Our team will coordinate onboarding and activation under your paid plan. Hosted and self-hosted choices use the same pricing.
2. Complete tenant onboarding
The tenant application is confirmed and reviewed before provisioning. Once approved, use the setup link supplied during onboarding to configure your tenant.
3. Configure tenant identity
Set up your organization's OIDC identity provider and register the exact callback addresses supplied for your tenant. Tenant users authenticate separately from platform operators.
4. Connect tools and register agents
Register the MCP servers your tenant needs, configure their authentication and register your agents. Connect an MCP client using the tenant endpoint provided during setup.
5. Configure and verify access
Review user, agent and capability policies. Test an allowed action, a denied action and an approval workflow, then check tenant audit activity before broad rollout.
Using both products
Paid plans include Gateway and Platform with shared human seats and one expiry date. Tell our team about an existing Gateway license when requesting Platform access so we can coordinate activation.
